Because every product is made to order, items cannot be returned once production has started.
Manufacturing defects
Report any defect within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will remake or compensate the affected pieces.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the deposit is paid. After fabric sourcing begins, actual costs are deducted.
Samples
Part of the sample fee is credited to your bulk order at the published rate.
